Good evening
I'm the owner of a property that I share with my ex, I've asked him months ago to leave because the relationship is over he doesn't want to move out. He rent out his place to someone that didn't even signed a rental agreement, when I've asked him if he gave him notice he said he will only talk to him now this month after he gives him th money.
I'm a single parent also with two daughters, one married and the other one stay with her boyfriends family in Northern Cape.
My children don't even want to visit me anymore because of him, he just disappear noe I don't kno maybe someone is giving him tips on what to do that's why his not leaving. His not working, I'm dead tired when I come home because I have. Lot of things on my mind when as I just feel like pack up my things and go but are afraid that when I come back some of my stuff will be gone.
Please assist me here.
