i am a tenant, my landlord has decided to place his house for sale but has given me only 1 months notice, i do not yet have an alternative place to move into but my landlord insists i must be out end of the month. also my landlord has provided keys to the estate to allow people to view the house in my absence with all my possesions in the house. Landlord has advised i leave my belongings at my own risk.
Shouldnt the landlord give me 3 months atleast, or alternatively find me and my family suitable alternative accommodation.
