Good morning

I need advise. I find myself in a very sticky situation. I applied for a bond with my brother in 2007. He was helping me to qualify. 14 years later he wants to apply for a bond;I am.under debt review  and there is talk of substitution of debtor. Does it mean I will lose my house because obviously I can't refinance while under debt review. What is the best solution to this? Your assistance will be highly appreciated because I dont want to be the one holding my brother back. How can this situation be remedied without any of us losing out?
