Good day, I have been living in this separate entrance for about 6 months now. We have noticed an unusually high electricity bill, bat attributed it to the fact we now have a geyser. However, we almost never use the geyser besides for switching it on for 20 mins 3 times a week for showering, we use the kettle and basin other days. Yesterday, I noticed that there are more than 1 switch labeled lights and plugs on the circuit breaker. I started switching them off and on to see which switch is for which lights. I then noticed that our landlord's garage power(lights, door motor, plugs, radio, everything) is connected to our power. We use prepaid electricity so we have been paying for his power for the past 6 months now. His family spends most days in the garage playing cards, listening to music, the lights are on all day. When I switched it off, he immediately came to me and asked me to turn all my switches on. When I confronted the landlord, he lied and said it's only the lights. What can I do

Hi there,
I see that you haven't made a payment for the question, but I'm going to assist you a little. If you want to ask a follow-up question, please make the required payment.
You need to tell your landlord that you are not going to continue with this situation and that he must get an Electrician around to take the garage OFF of your meter.
