Question posted in the General Law category relating to Gauteng
Good day my husband was in a accident on the 25th Nov 2022 broke one leg and damaged the other one knee as Dr did book him off till the 3feb 2023 we stay with his boss as his boss gave us a place to stay but not paying any rent but work for our weekly money to buy food ect but because now his booked off boss did continue to pay every werk but came here yesterday 3jan 2023 and told by husband he can start to work today 4thJan 2023 does he have the right to do that because my husband is scared to say no to him because we stay with him we have 3 kids and he's worried the boss will kick us out or change and don't give us money my husband is also trying to clame for road aceddent fund will any of this affect that please help
