good day


my husband have inhereted a property with sublings we are renting and they are staying in the house

we have ask them to stay in the house as well the sister refused so we would like pur share to buy a house use the money as a down payment on our house .


how can we apply for a partion to pertion do we have the right to do that

she or any other sibling can pay us out as they cant afford it, but the brother also moved in the house

so where does it leaves us, where we are staying now the land lord wants us off the property as he is going to build please help
