Question posted in the Property Law category relating to KwaZulu-Natal
. I just wanted to find out what my implications will be if I had to cancel the transfer of sale for a house I bought in December but the Bond has not yet been approved as the renovations have not yet been met by the seller and I constantly have to follow up on the proceedings with the seller. He keeps on telling me there are occupants there however that is not my problem. I had paid for the costs for paperwork for transfers. What can I do?
