Question posted in the Malpractice Law category relating to Eastern Cape
Hi there, I have a problem here and I need some clarity on how I can handle it professionally... I'm in the events and entertainment industry and I had booked an artist on the 3rd of October... I paid him R1500 and he failed to come to my club... now what's happening is that he is taking a very long time to refund my money and keeps on setting dates that still he fails to pay by...
may I please enquire how I can make this crook pay me back my money, I have all the chats and confirmations as proof to back me up.
