Question posted in the Landlord Tenant Law category relating to Western Cape
Hi we have an urgent matter my mom and we as kids live here we have a tenant here who uses drugs and bring his drug addict friends here and even letting then stay here in the middle of the night playing loud music an abusing drugs on premises and he has that attitude of no one can tell him what to do an my mom is a sugar pasient and has a hearing problem i myself has a high risk pregnancy an high blood pressure of all the stress and has psycological issues due to it.we dont want him here and is taking over our home and premises please help???????????????????? my mom is in a state he has near by family..
