Question posted in the Landlord Tenant Law category relating to Western Cape

HiI wanted to vacate a property early on the 23th of December after paying my rent upfront . I had requested an outgoing inspection and I was promised one on the 23rd, but this was cancelled at the last minute. I left a small amount of personal items such as plants behind because I assumed it would be safe. I rescheduled for the inspection to be conducted on the 31st of December, however the landlord accessed the property without my consent and knowledge to then give keys to realtors agents to conduct house viewings, again without my consent and knowledge. Additionally when arriving at the place to conduct the inspection I noticed the floors were dirty and the side door was left unlocked, as a result of a viewing, for an unknown amount of time.My lease agreement explicitly states that I need to be notified and agree to said viewing as well as a previous note to say that marketting through that realtors agency was not going to be conducted in December.Am I correct in thinking that there was a breach of the rental agreement for access to the property, trespassing and also an element of atetmpting to defraud  me by using the property to market without my knowledge?Kind regards
