We need an assistance from a attorney who work on estate/sectional title managent/HOA issues as we have been in arguments with the developer representative regarding the HOA. We have already appoited attorney who failed to attend the case which resulted to the representative obtaining the judgement against our names for non payment of levies. Which we have stop paying from 2017 due that they not living up to the HOA consistution and there are no development activities since 2015. The main problem the developer doesn't want to hand the HOA to the home owners as we have been in developmental period since 2010.
