Good day
Hope you can help me. I am currently renting private, signed a lease contract for 6 months and paid the deposit etc. My husband lost his job, an di wont be able to pay everything, so therefor after 4 months i gave the owner notice. In our contract it says that he require 6 months and i gav ehim one month. My problem is that our contract is not a legal document as i gave asked him before for a copy of the signed (with his signature) of the contract and he have not done so and said its not nessasary. now it looks like that he will not give me back my deposit that i paid?
All help is needed, please
