HI,i'm Gabriel from Congo(DRC).I'm refugee in South Africa since 2009 whith a Refugee Status get in Pretoria.We did joining family whith my wife in 2010.In 2013,when our status get expire,we went for renewal of our status in Cape Town,they ask me to go in Pretoria for the extension,because i have got my status there and its what i did.For my wife,they gave one year extension.
In 2014,my wife gave birth and her Status get expire during the matrnity period and we have since moved from Cape Town to Bloemfontein where we'are still leaving until now.We went for the renewal of her Status,they told us that her file get missing and they can't do nothing,we must go to Pretoria for that case.I what we did.In Pretoria,they told us to pay fine because the Status was expire and than they can help us.
We paid the fine to Pretoria and went back to Homeaffairs for the Status;and they told us they can't do nothing because we get joined in Cape Town.Now,since,my wife do not have any papers.What we must do now?
