Good day,

i just wanted to find out if this is a case worth pursuing.

My car was in my ex boyfriend's name. I had paid quite a bit of money to this car and i even made him draw up and agreement between him and i that states that the car would be put into my name once the car had been fully paid up. I have bank statements that reflect the payments that i made. I also paid for Tracker for this car for quite a few months.

I unfortunately cannot account for the money that i gave him cash and i would have to forfeit this.

Out of spite he threatened to report the car as stolen should i not give it back. Is it worth trying to claim the money that i paid towards this car or not?

Warm regards,
