Question posted in the General Law category relating to Eastern Cape
Hi, I need advise on what to do here. I filed a Notice of Motion (it was an application to file an amended resolution for my small business) I realised after the respondents responded to my application that i missed a page in my application. the page talked about prospect of success and prejudice.
Now the respondents have filed heads of argument to add on to why they oppose the application. I dont know what to do now. Please help. Should i just respond and include my prospects of success in the response or should i file the missing page and then respond
