Hi, my brother acquired a council house even though he had his own house. I failed to get a house and while he stayed at his house. I paid his bond of and renovated his house in the hopes he will give it to me. I want justice. Now that I think of it I want to know if it's possible to get subsidised Phoenix houses in the apartheid day when you already own a house
