Hi.

I have had summons issued on me on 5th August 2024 but dated the 24 January 2024.

On the summons itself,  the quantum claimed for is not the same as the amount on the monthly statement.

I hade made a payment arrangement with the agent and was paying additional amounts monthly to settle the outstanding levies.

However on receiving the summons I requested the attorney to provide me with the instructions from the body corporate that had requested summons to be issued.

The agent and the attorney are not responding to this request. Are the summons still valid if the body corporate had not given an instruction to issue summons? Also the attorney is demanding I settle the amount. I'm not sure what to do I feel I'm being bullied.

Looking forward to guidance
