My partner and I recently bought a car together, however it's under my name. I have set up a life cover so that in the event of my death the vehicle will be settled, however I'd like to make her the sole owner should anything happen to me. My problem is that my her and my family don't get along so I'm afraid that she might not be able to get a death certificate from them? Is there a way she could get it or something I could do to force them to give her?
