Trompie plays soccer for the Pirates. During one match against the Chieves, Trompie plays a brilliant game. During the match Zakes (from Chieves) kicks Trompie and he falls to the ground. Zakes kicks Trompie in the face as he tries to get the ball from Trompie. Trompie starts bleeding and has to be carried off from the field. Trompie cannot play soccer for the rest of the season because of the injury he has sustained during the match against the Chieves. Trompie wants to lay a charge of assault against Zakes and comes to see you in this regard. You are Trompie’s attorney. Advise Trompie on the possible success of the charge against Zakes.
