Hi,

i am renting a house and the owner sold he property without letting me know. The new owner phoned and gave me notice of 2 months. is this acceptable? i am a single mother and this time of year it will not be easy to find a place that is affordable and in a safe area not to mention the deposit. the old owner released me from paying a deposit.

what are my rights?
