Question posted in the Criminal Law category relating to Eastern Cape
A person being reported missing because she didn't go to work, she was out the her boyfriend on a trip, she then got back and filed an abduction case, a day later changes her statement because she wants the case withdrawn.. the detective says the boy and girl should write warning statements, what does that mean and on a legal perspective
