Can an attorney charge me a total fee on first consultation and agree that will be the total cost, however once my divorce is granted charge me an additional fee? Futher to that the statement on the bill says "As discussed with client" and when I asked for a detailed bill regarding thenamount he refuses to send me one and says it will cost me more for a detailed bill. Is that true? Furthermore on my original invoice i was told to pay imto the company trust account which i did. Now the additional invoice shows the business account and not the trust account banking details.
