My husband was robbed of company money at knife point in front of work place. The company does make use of cash in transit services. However he was instructed telephonically to go bank money by supervisor, making use of our personal vehicle of which is problematic at times. On this specific day it didn't want to start and my husband got out of car to check terminal leaving money inside of car, when two guys robbed him at knife point. Now the company gave him notice to appear for disciplinary hearing for negligence. Please advise on this matter?
