Good day

I have an issue with my bank, today I noticed that there is an investigation going on concerning my private wealth cheque account resulting in my account been frozen. This was done without informing me. At least they should have notified me that there is an investigation, I had to find out through my private banker after I inquired about the issue. As I was in a desperate situation where I couldn't even use my own funds. What should I do at the moment. I can't even get hold of the investigator who placed a hold on my account. The consulted told that I should email that investigator, which I did but I still haven't heard anything from the company investigator and my account is still on hold. As I speak I'm far from home , I don't even know how I will get home. I'm stranded I wanna take legal action against this bank.

kind regards
