Question posted in the General Law category relating to Gauteng
Hi,I was named one of two beneficiaries in my friend's will. She committed suicide on 16 June 2019.I was present when the will was read - and a 2nd property she purchased was mentioned in the will.My friend already had the house keys of said 2nd property.A few months after her death I was told by the executor of estate that she didnt sign the legal documents for the 2nd property,so the purchase never went through.Executor is the husband of the other beneficiary.
I never received a copy of the will and I saw the advert for final estate in a local newspaper. How do I request a copy of the final estate?
