Question posted in the General Law category relating to Gauteng
AFternoons there. My friend has been living with and taking care of his daughter for around three years on his own without claiming or receiving any maintenace from the moter of his daughter. However the mother buys clothes evry once in a while. The past weekend she travelled to come see her daugter and they arranged for that only for her not to return the child. She went back to the Eastern Cape with the child without consulting the father.
