Good morning... I just want to find out if I stand a chance to get my money back from the so called designer, who was suppose to make my wedding dress, a dress for my mother and sister and my two bridesmaids dresses. The woman messed up my material and the design was something totally different from what I've wanted and showed her. I paid her in full and could not even wear the clothes. I had to go and buy new dresses at the last minute. My wedding day were a disaster and I've cried since I saw the dresses up until today. When I told her about her mess up, she told me to go to her workshop in Johannesburg CBD so that she can see if she can fix it and she will not refund me?
