Good day,
can i sue a betting company for not protecting my private documents?
for example my ID copy, for purchase of a prescription drug?
my friend works at a well known betting company and her supervisor/team leader is addicted to Benelyn codiene which requires identification to purchase and she has been banned to purchase any because of abuse of the substance. so she took my ID copy and my friend and made her use my ID to purchase my friend came back home and confessed about what had happend.
now i would like to know can i sue the company and her for negligance and missuse of client info?
