Good day.
I dont have a written lease only verbal lease. Can my landlord give me 2days to get out even though i i t to young kids, and paid my rent till the end of the month.

Hi there,
I see that you haven't made a payment for the question, but I'm going to assist you a little. If you want to ask a follow-up question, please make the required payment.
No, in terms of the Housing Rental Act, the landlord is required to give (as a minimum) 1 calendar months' notice in order to cancel a lease.
Then, remember that the landlord can't evict you himself, or change the locks. He can't interfere with your possession of the property. You need to leave yourself, at your own free will.
If you don't leave, then he will need to evict you through the Court.
