Question posted in the Family Law category relating to Gauteng
Good day, I left my abusive partner and father of my 5 year old daughter after 10 years we're not married, I left all my belongings and the car he gave me, but the car is still in his name. I already have a new job starting next week. I am struggling without transport for my child at school and for work. He wants me to come back and he will give me the car. He has previously promised the same thing, but the abuse got worse, he is also using drugs. He wants to see his daughter, but he is irrational and temperamental. I'm scared and confused, if you can give me any advice? I want to know my rights. He is also blackmailing me with nude pictures and clips he took of me, without my knowledge. Regards Jeanette
