Please see below my resignation email to Cindy, Maria & Logan  where I clearly say that my resignation will be effective from 31st Jan (working my notice in February)

In light of the circumstances outlined above, you have left me with no other choice than to tender my resignation.This email therefor serves as my resignation from ------- effective 31 January 2020.

Cindy then gave me a call to confirm my resignation and that Ill be on the payroll till 29Feb, she then put it on writing for me aswell.  Please see below & please find call recording attached.

Good day Zach, Our conversation of even date refers:We have elected to accept your resignation and have requested that you return all the Company Assets (Vehicle, petrol card, cellphone, recorder, camera, gps etc.) that has been allocated to you. All your pending claims will be reallocated. Your last day scheduled for payroll will be 29 February 2020 and all further correspondence with you from HR/Payroll will be on your  ------- email address. Regards,Cindy

Cindy phoned me yesterday while I was busy with my claims, she advised me to stop immediately and to hand in all of my assets the same day. And also send me a WhatsApp message saying “I will be blocked shortly from the systems” & “Can I hand in my assets sooner.”  I then cleared my laptop and cancelled my upcoming appointments with my clients and advised that I no longer work for ----- I immediately packed everything up as Cindy wanted me to hand everything in ASAP.

I then met Cindy in the Reception, it looked like she was recording me, and asked me “wat het jy nou eintlik bedoel met jou bedanking” and I will be put on a rapter system for leaving immediately. She then let Maria phoned me and asked me if I am planning to work notice, under the pressure of Cindy and Maria I said no, as I already had to clear my laptop and stop with my claims and told my clients that I am no longer with ------

I received a email from Maria today that I will only be paid end of January.  Cindy misunderstood me ONCE again, and Maria ONCE AGAIN is covering for her.

Please note that they have confirmed on a call and on writing that I will be paid until 29February, and that THEY told me to stop immediately, my intention was definitely to work notice up unitil Cindy told me to stop everything immediately and hand in everything.

I will take it further if I don’t get paid up until the end of February. If you listen to the call recording I clearly said I am still busy finalising my claims, and Cindy then said I have to stop immediately and bring back my assets.

It was Cindy’s decision to take my resignation immediately and not continue working.

Please note going forward I don’t want any communication further with Cindy, Maria and Logan as they ALWAYS manipulate and misinterpreted my words to cover them after Cindy’s one of many misunderstandings.
