Hello,
The father of my son only pays child support (his mother pays) but has never seen him. He always has excuses. He never purchased anything for the baby during pregnancy and after. He worked for three months and lied about the business closing down. He didn't buy anything for my baby with the three months of salary. He never got a new job after that.
His mother keeps on sending me intimidating messages. They are trying to make me look like the guilty one. He doesn't care about my child. My baby is 7 months old. What can I do legally? Will I be able to get sole physical and legal custody of my baby?
