My mom passed away. She left me one property (my sister resides here) and the other property was not included in her will so it was transferred to my 2 siblings and myself(I reside in this property). We decided that the property that is in my name will be transferred to my sister and my siblings are going to transfer the other property into my name. We all signed the purchase agreements. My property has already been transferred I to my sisters name but due to her owing personal taxes I am unable to get the property into my name. So I went from owning one property and a third of another to now only owing a third of a property due to my sister not paying taxes. She was supposed to get a mortgage to finance her tax issues but she does not seem interested. Kindly advice what options I have?
