Question posted in the Landlord Tenant Law category relating to Gauteng
If I am 3 months in arrears, but have made arrangements with the landlord to catch up the arrears, and have done so as I was 6 months in arrears previously, The landlord evicted me,my baby and mother without notification. we got home last wednesday 20th august and our goods were on the pavement. He has withheld all electrical appliances including TV in lieu of outsatanding rentals. We are sleeping in a car.
