Question posted in the General Law category relating to Gauteng
i was dismissed and i appealed the dismissal. the company came back to me today telling me the dismissal stands i was told i would get paid for the days of the appeal now she saying to me that she made a mistake the company will not be paying me . is this correct according to labour net and labour guide they suppose to pay me for the days of the appeal.
