Good Day
In a nutshell. We owned a motorcycle business that went bankrupt after we where burglarised on a large scale twice in 4 months by a syndicate. At his time there was some motorcycles standing with us of which we could not get hold of the clients. As the business went under, we put all these remaining bikes in storage for more than 3 years whilst trying to survive and get some kind of life going again. It is now more than 4 years since the business closed and not one of these motorcycle owners can be reached. How do we go about to leagally take possession of these units? What is the correct process?
