Question posted in the General Law category relating to North West
hi a specific person is to be moved from other business unit to work with me. i know the person and know that myself and the person wont be able to work together. i inform HR that this person and myself does not see eye to eye. can the company move him to my department in my business unit and force me to work with him. i did suggest that they get someone else, i have no problem working with people but this specific person is just never going to work. do have a say or must just accept that i will lose job because of him.
