Good day
I need advice.My dad was born on a farm 65 years ago and he was the youngest off all the kids.He did not get the farm but his brother did.My question is.My dad died April 2023 and he did all the farming on the farm for himself and his brother.My Dad,Mom and brother stay there for many years.He did not get a salary but we did stay on the farm rent free,but all the labour work and feeding off animals was landing on my dad.After years and years of my parents money going in on the farm.When my dad died there was just a few sheep left,but my mom sell the sheep because all the years they put in and she must have a income because she is not staying on the farm any more.I want to know on what ground can my aunt(My dads sister in law)whose farm it is now can claim that the sheep is hers because we bouth food when the drough was getting worse and my dad put all the financial in to is.She did open a case off stealing.please help me.Thank you Mariette
