Ek is in 2000 van my (2) kinders se pa geskei. Die hof het daai tyd onderhoud vasgestel op R500. Hy het die afglope 10 jaar geen onderhoud betaal nie en is al oor die R200 000 agterstallig. Ek het al 'n leer by die Port Shepstone onderhouds hof wat dikker is as die HAT. Elke keer as ek navraag doen oor die vordering van my saak dan se hulle ek moet 'n be-edigde verklaring afle van hoeveel nhy agterstallig is en hulle sal opvolg. Nodeloos om te se, geen terugvoering. Daar is al hoeveel lasbriewe, supoenas, garnishing orders en wat nog als uit gereik en elke slag as ek by die hof kom se hulle net vir my hullekan hom nie in dienhande kry nie hoewel hulle al sy besonderhede het plus 'n foto. Sodra die garnishing order by sy werk uitkom dan bedank hy. My dogter is hierdie jaar al in matriek en wil volgende jaar verder gaan swot en my seun is outisties en het ekstra uitgawes wat alles uit my sak uit moet kom omdat ek geen finansiele ondersteuning van hul pa kry nie. Wat staan my te doen om die saak tot 'n punt te laat kom?
