Good day my name is Vusi i started working for the company i work for currently where i got an offer of 90000 per annum, at enquiring i was told because i wasn't working thats why they gave that offer and on the contract they said my salary will be reviewed with effect from march 2020,now i just need to understand what does with effect from March 2020 mean, does it mean they will review the salary at the financial year of 2020 which will end in March 2021 or does it mean they are suppose to review the salary now on the financial year end which was end of February?
