Question posted in the General Law category relating to Eastern Cape

I am on debt review since 2009. Most of my accounts are paid up but one account was managed in such a bad way that I only found out now that I still owe the company almost twice as much as in 2009 when the process started. I receive a distribution statement on a monthly basis and this month's statement and balances differ completely from the rest.

What am I suppose to do? As far as my July statement is concerned I would have benn done with debt review at the end of october. Now it looks as if I have to pay for another year.
