Good day to you,The staff at the Welgedacht Game Reserve have just been told verbally that they have all been retrenched due to the fact that the farm is to be sold. The sale has not taken place yet. Surely procedures which I am not sure of need to be followed? Then one staff member that has two dependent small children and that occupies a cottage on the farm has been told that she has been retrenched verbally and that she has to vacate the premises TOMORROW as she is at risk of getting the Corona Virus as she is asthmatic and they see this as a risk. This cannot be right or fair. Please could you point me in a direction as these people are totally devastated.Kind regards,Lynne
