I bought a house cash and have encountered two problems;
1. The offer stated occupation on registration. The seller accepted this. Two weeks later he and his possessions are still in it. We have a tenant moving in this Sat (30th) He says it will take a week or two before he can move. What can I legally do to get him out?
2. Apparently there is no Electrical Compliance Certificate yet. He says the appointment with an electrician is set for next week? Can it be registered without one?
I have no help from the Agent or the transferring attorneys! Have I been scammed?
Regards
