Hi There,I have a question with regard to my grandmothers house,my grandmother passed away in 2014 and her will read that 2 of my cousins and I will inherit the house, but it should remain a family house, the will was read and signed by us together with the executor but was never returned back to the executor of the estate as it went missing,I have since been able to retrieve the will in my possesion and unfortunately have no way of contacting the executor,is it to late for me to submit the documents?Another issue as the other co-owner has since moved into the house in 2013,we are currenltly not getting along and she has since decided to exclude me in all matters relating to the house,we have tenants and I have no idea as to how much they are paying and there is no maintance towards the house so much so that it is clear that she is keeping the money all to herself,I want to know what are my legal rights as far as her making decisions with the property without consulting the other co-owners?I am also residing in the house but live in the cottage that I built outside before my grandmother passed on,but my cousin is in the main house.
