Question posted in the General Law category relating to Free State
Hi ,
I would please like some advise on a matter.
I was cleaning out the garden today and i finished up drove to the local
Municipal garden waste center and dropped off all the grass and so but the told me that they could not take the garden soil ,i took it to an open field and dropped it there ,i guy drove by and took a photo of my plates and told me that i was illegally dumping stuff i tried to explain to him that it was only garden soil and nothing els ,but he just kept on and drove off .
Am i in trouble ,please help
