Good Day,
I am not happy with the service I recieved from a company that I entrusted to repair my vehicle.The car came back with the same problem, after spending over R19K, it is missing a wheel cap, the radio does not switch on at all and I found that they cut some of the engine wiring and must have patched it up all this without my consent or knowledge.
I logged a complaint with teh Motor Industry Ombudsman, they sent the complaint to the company in question for a response. which has not been recieved. I see alot of complaints about the very same Ombudsman and this really discourages me. What chanels can I take to get these people to take responsibility for the mess they made.
