Good Morning I need advice. My brother passed on the 19/04/2023 Hes landlord didnt inform us and told the hospital he doesn't have family. Only the afternoon my uncle from Cape town phoned us. He passed away around 9H00 the morning she transferd his money into her account. On the 20 th she refused to give his documents. We went to Legal Aid they issued a letter for police assistance but they couldnt help us. I got a letter of Authority from the high court. She didnt bother with any funeral costs and sitting with al his money and belongings and refuse to give it. We blocked his card the Sunday. On Monday Morning she was at the bank and swearing us and after that she was at the small claims court she was there and told us we can throw him in a whole for all she care. And we must pay for everything but shes sitting with all his money. He was only renting at this ladys place.
