Question posted in the Insurance Law category relating to Eastern Cape
Morning I was involved in an accident with a stray animal and I didn't stop the car immediately wen I claimed trough my insurance company they saying that they are going to pay for cosmetic damages only because the didn't have the coolant before the and I'm explaining to that it probably leaked after the accident and I wasn't aware of that and even the amount they want to pay me out, there are discrepancies with these because they sent a document that says they going to pay me 11k wen they minus excess and I asked for a report they have with them and on that report the cost is 43k after excess deductions... I need some advice on the matter
