Question value: R 0.00
I was involved in a accident and the third party was in the wrong. He asked for qoutations to repair the car and I gave him but he failed to repair the car until I repaired the car myself. Because during this lockdown the car is my only reliable mode of transport and I am an essential worker public transport operating hours are not conducive for me. I sent him the bill so that he can repay me for the damages. His insurance is taking forever to respond and I gave him 30 days to pay me back.
When the 3d0 days lapse without a payment from him or the insurance, which legal steps should I take?
