Hi there. I purchased a package from LoansSa for R390 by accident during the month of April 2020.i canceled the package few minutes after I purchased it when I realized what I did. The cancelation should be done on the first 5 days and I did it few minutes after I purchased it. The problem is. COMPUTECH CREDIT SERVICES took the money on the 24th April 2020 as we got payed that day. I tried to email them and try to phone but their phone just drop after a while of holding. No one responds to any emails.

I want to get my money back but would also want to know if they running a scam. Why is there phone numbers and emails not working. Any assistance will be appreciated as I don't know if they will deduct again as they do have my card number so I don't know what to do.

Thank you
